Amanda Lin
International Trade Analyst
Amanda joined TradeMoves in January 2024 as part-time International Trade Analyst. In this role, Amanda supports cross-border supply chain projects by conducting research on market access issues, including import requirements, customs issues, agriculture/food issues, regulatory measures, and trade policy issues of interest to clients.
Prior to joining TradeMoves, Amanda spent one year as a trade-focused intern for the Council on Foreign Relations and the National Bureau of Asian Research. In 2021, Amanda graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies where she focused on American Politics and International Relations. She is currently a second-year graduate student pursuing an M.A. degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economic Affairs at George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs. Amanda is passionate about the areas of customs management, export control, and compliance in the field of international trade. At TradeMoves, she is eager to further cultivate her management and consultancy skills alongside her interests in international trade to deliver effective strategy and advisory to business development. |
